Return & Exchange Shipping Costs While we provide free outbound shipping for your initial purchase, please note that for any returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Responsibility: The buyer must cover all shipping fees associated with returning the items to our warehouse.

• Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Original Shipping: Since your original shipping was free, only the product price (minus any applicable restock fees) will be refunded once the return is processed.
